There's Latin American classical music (FREE) at Villa Victoria Center followed by Boston Children’s Chorus with guest conductor Maria Guinard.
4:30pm to 7:30pm
Easy Ed is hosting a Western swing party ($4 / $2 children) at the Midway Cafe with Stretch Dawrson from Scotland (believe it or not). Ed will start playing records at 3:30pm.
Tom Janovitz, Dave Aaronoff, Erin Harpe are playing afterwards around 7:30pm ($??).
8pm
I don't know what the deal with "The Wizard Side of Oz" this week. The Brattle is showing "The Dark Side of Oz" ($10 / $8 students) where they'll sync it with Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" -- then some band is playing the whole album on THUR 4/14 at Johnny D's.
