Around this time last year, I went to J-Krafty's holiday party at the Dilboy in Davis Square. I made a tree ornament out of a PBR can, and it was a bunch of fun all around.
It may be too ambitious to make presents at this late date. Maybe you'll be ready for next Xmas, if you start now...
