Thanks to Highland Street Foundation, there's something fun and free happening on Summer Fridays.

I guess a charity that's geared towards kids would want provide opportunities for semi-educational fun in an easy way by letting everyone in.

There are no strings attached, except what my brother says: "Two's company, free's a crowd."

FRI 7/9 - Franklin Park Zoo

FYI: I received an email from Highland Street and the free zoo shuttle from these two locations will be running today -- if you want to be stuck on bus with kids on your way to the zoo.

FRI 7/16 - Boston Harbor Island Alliance

Free ferry ride to Georges or Spectacle Island on a "first-come, first serve" basis (i.e. get to the ticket booth as close to 8am to get tix for whatever time you want to go...)
