I'll write more later, but the "Get Lucky" reading (see below) at Grub Street last night was a good time. The beer, whiskey, and Irish cream flowed... For me more than others perhaps, but I'm working on my Faulkner/Hemingway/Bukowski vibe. All the writers were good, but the piece I enjoyed the most was Steve Himmer's short story, "Charles". He told me it started out as a video, and I actually found the .mov file of it. It's a shorter version, but I think you'll like it.
